At BestKeyring, we take pride in crafting custom keyrings tailored specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our end.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [your email] within 48 hours of receiving your package. To speed up the resolution, please provide:
✅ A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
✅ Your order number
✅ A brief description of the issue

We will either offer a replacement or provide a full refund in case of a confirmed defect.

Cancellations & Changes
Since we begin processing orders quickly, you may request a cancellation or change within 1-2 hours after placing your order. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.
